I am so excited to share Paige and Nathan’s NH Mile Away Wedding with you! Paige and Nathan are high school sweethearts and have spent the past 10 years together. Needless to say, their wedding day was a long time coming! The Mile Away wedding venue in New Hampshire offered stunning and romantic outdoor views. Bright flowers decorated the grounds along with gorgeous trees around the building. The couple couldn’t have asked for better weather! Not only was it sunny and clear, but the sunlight provided the perfect glow to their portraits after the wedding ceremony.
Getting Ready & Church Ceremony
Paige and Nathan’s big day started off with Paige getting ready in her childhood home with her bridesmaids, who all wore matching sage green silk robes! Their mauve colored bridesmaid dresses were accented by the lovely flower bouquets Paige’s mom prepared! These florals were gorgeous and added the perfect pops of pink and shades of green mixed in with a hint of yellow. The flower girls, who are Paige’s cousins, were adorable! I loved their coordinating flower headpieces that they wore. They definitely looked like little princesses!
Before heading over to the ceremony, Paige shared a first look with her dad, which is always one of my favorite moments! I love seeing the reactions and emotions that follow the big reveal. Paige was an absolutely stunning, radiant bride. You could see how excited she was for this day and to finally say “I Do” to her sweetheart!
The guys finished getting ready at the church where they figured out how to fold their pocket squares and put on their ties. The ceremony was held at the same church Paige grew up attending with her family. As the ceremony began and Paige walked down the aisle escorted by her dad, Nathan’s eyes filled with tears at the sight of his future wife. It wasn’t long before all the wedding guests were brought to tears during the sweet, heartfelt, and joyous wedding ceremony.
Mile Away Wedding Reception
After the ceremony, we headed over to the Mile Away Restaurant and Tented Venue for their reception. During the cocktail hour, I snuck out with the newlyweds to capture some dreamy, romantic portraits of the bride and groom in the golden light! The idyllic setting and glowing sunlight created some magical, fairytale-like images! After our incredible portrait time outside we headed back into the reception for a night of fun and celebration! The toasts made everyone laugh and cry as they shared stories and jokes. Following the toasts, the newlyweds danced the night away with their wedding guests. They had a blast on the dance floor! The DJ even let the bride “scratch” the records!
