Wedding at Tewksbury Country Club | Christina + Paul

Christina and Paul’s wedding at Tewksbury Country Club was a day to remember. As always, I took way too many pictures so deciding which ones to share with you was a bit of a challenge! This day was just THAT amazing.

The day started in at an Airbnb where the girls were getting ready. When I arrived, I started capturing her wedding details first. Christina’s bouquet had charms to commemorate her grandfather, and she also wore an heirloom ring to commemorate her grandmother. It’s these little sentimental details I love capturing the most!

While the girls did their thing, Paul and his groomsmen got ready at Paul’s apartment that was located not too far from the girls Airbnb. And, in the middle of both locations was a beautiful park that was perfect for wedding party pictures. Even though Christina and Paul opted to not do a first look, we carefully coordinated pictures at the park!

We started with bridesmaids first and then switched the parties to take some dapper groomsmen photos. One of my favorite photos of the groomsmen was of them showing off their suspenders and sunglasses, which was their groomsmen gift!

The main colors of the wedding party attire featured shades of pinks, sage, and cream. The colors gave a very romantic, yet calming vibe to the day. It was the perfect palette for an end of summer wedding!

On location at the venue, Christina had an emotional first look with her dad. They were both in tears before they even embraced each other. Christina and Paul opted to have a first touch along with a prayer before the ceremony. Both moments were so special, and I’m glad that even though a first look wasn’t a part of their day, they still took the time to pray together before tying the knot.

Their ceremony was held at the gazebo of Tewksbury Country Club, and guess what? They had a flower dude instead of your traditional flower girl! He threw petals from a fanny pack and, let me tell you, the guests loved it. When it was time for Christina to make her way down the aisle, Paul was all smiles and you could tell the two of them were certainly ready to be married.

Kicking off the reception with grand introductions, including the Best Man literally spiking the maid of honor’s bouquet, Christina and Paul went right into their first dance as Mr. and Mrs. After the parent dances, toasts were given by the Best Man and Maid of Honor followed by a pre-dinner prayer by Paul’s dad. Once dinner wrapped up, one final toast by Christina’s dad was given.

Thank you again, Christina and Paul, for choosing me to be your wedding photographer! It truly was an honor and such a beautiful day to be a part of!
