As a wedding photographer, there’s something incredibly special about meeting my couples for the first time during their engagement sessions. It’s a perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other, build a rapport, and ensure that by the time their wedding day arrives, we feel like old friends! This season, I had the pleasure of traveling all over New England for these spring engagement sessions with three of my 2025 wedding couples, and it was an unforgettable experience!

New England Spring Engagement Sessions

All three couples were so sweet, joyful, and down to play around with all of the prompts I threw at them, which made for some truly magical and candid moments! I love when couples lean into the process and have fun!

The first session took me to Portland, Maine, a scenic coastal city that is bursting with historic charm. We strolled through the cobblestone streets, capturing photos against the backdrop of quaint buildings and harbor views. Another session took me to Tamworth, New Hampshire where stunning views of the White Mountains could be seen in the distance as the couple walked next to the water and along the trails. The third session took place on a sandy beach in Salisbury, Massachusetts with beautiful coastal views.

As you can see each of these three sessions had their own unique vibe. I love comparing their different looks and locations as it proves just how much setting and outfits can influence the overall feel of your final gallery. While each of these sessions was different in their own way, they perfectly reflected the couple, and created stunning imagery.

I loved meeting each of these wonderful couples and exploring different parts of New England for their engagement sessions. We truly had a great time together. Now, I am even more excited (if that’s even possible) to capture all my upcoming weddings and see these amazing couples again on their big day. Congratulations!
