Holly and Nick’s gorgeous Manchester Country Club Wedding in Bedford, NH was filled with so much love, joy, happiness; it was truly a magical day! Manchester Country Club is a beautiful New Hampshire wedding venue with picturesque settings! The venue’s separate suites were the perfect place for Holly and Nick to get ready for their big day!
The couple’s spring wedding colors of sage green, white, and lavender were brought to life in the wedding details! Holly’s classic bouquet of green leaves and white flowers was stunning! Adorning her bouquet was a charm with a photo of her late dad who passed away in 2013. I love that her dad still walked her down the aisle and was there next to her throughout the day. There was a seat saved for Holly’s dad in the front row of the ceremony with a sign that read, “Until we meet again”. It was such a beautiful tribute to him!
First Look
Before the wedding ceremony took place, the couple shared a first look together and exchanged private vows to each other. It was a sweet, intimate moment. We went through quite a few napkins wiping tears away! I love first looks for this reason! Not only do I get to capture the genuine reaction and emotion of the first look, which is always a memorable moment, but it carves out a special time for the couple to steal a few moments together before the craziness of the day begins.
After shedding a few tears, Holly, Nick, and I walked around the stunning property of Manchester Country Club for their bride and groom portraits. There were so many wonderful portrait spots we found, and even though it was hot outside, they both absolutely crushed it! Their bridal party joined in the photos just before the ceremony. The bridesmaids wore stunning dresses in different shades of lavender and the groom wore the perfect green suit that tied it all together.
The Wedding Ceremony at Manchester Country Club
Their wedding ceremony took place on the open-air terrace with lovely views of the green golf course in the distance. Their best friend, Tyler, officiated their wedding. He did an excellent job balancing between heartwarming and extremely hilarious for his speech, which was filled with all the best Schitt’s Creek References! (You really can’t go wrong there!)
Manchester Country Club Wedding Reception
Just before heading into the reception, I stole the newlyweds away for some photos in the glowy light during the golden hour. At their reception, they did a “joint moms dance” where Holly and Nick both danced with their moms at the same time. It was such a sweet moment! I love when couples think outside the box and do things a little differently. The celebration of the couple continued into the night with 90’s hip hop and early 2000’s throwbacks. Needless to say, the dance floor was BUMPIN! They even had a signature cocktail dedicated to their dog, Zoey, which was such a cute touch. It was such a fun night and an absolute honor to photograph!
Holly and Nick it was truly a joy to be a part of your wedding day! I had the best time capturing your beautiful day and celebrating you both! I wish you a lifetime of happiness!
