Hannah and Doug’s winter wedding at Mills Falls Church Landing took place in Meredith, New Hampshire on the beautiful shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Even though it was winter and a dusting of snow covered the landscape, it was still a breathtaking sight.

Hannah and her two bridesmaids readied in the bridal suite in their matching silk jammies. They relaxed with a glass of champagne and savored these special moments before the events of the day unfolded.

Once ready, Hannah and Doug stole a moment together for their first look in front of the fireplace. Their reactions were so sweet! Afterwards, the couple exchanged private vows before heading outside to capture their wedding photos. Hannah was such a trooper in the cold looking stunning in her sleeveless wedding gown.

Hannah and Doug’s wedding ceremony took place in the Golden Pond Room in front of the stone fireplace that was decorated with flickering white candles and beautiful floral arrangements. The brief and intimate ceremony was performed by one of Hannah and Doug’s good friends, Josh! Once the couple was pronounced husband and wife, they happily exited the ceremony and made their way to the reception area for cocktail hour.

While everyone was mingling, enjoying drinks and conversation, the fire alarms went off! The smoker in the kitchen got too hot and everyone had to evacuate. However, in the room next door to the reception, there was a firefighter’s ball happening! What are the odds? It was SO funny and ironic. The amazing firefighters came over and declared it safe for us to return. Hannah and Doug had such a good attitude about it and laughed it off with the irony of it all.

Everyone then settled back inside the building and listened to the heartfelt speeches given by their friends and family. The evening was filled with laughter and joy. Hannah and Doug both wore the biggest smiles all evening and were glowing with happiness.
