I had the joy of capturing Rachel and Anthony’s Barn on Bull Meadow autumn wedding in Concord NH. If I had to sum up their wedding day in one word, it would be joyful! Seeing these two together was such a sweet experience. Their love is beautiful and you can see how happy they are together. Anthony teared up a couple times throughout the day at the sight of his beautiful bride, Rachel. To start the day, she readied with her mom and bridesmaids. One of her details included her grandma Shirley’s purse from her wedding in 1955; it was such a sentimental detail!

After getting into her dress, Rachel shared a first look with bridesmaids. That was followed by a first look with her dad and her son before seeing Anthony. While I love a first look between a couple, Rachel’s first look with her son, Jayden, was the SWEETEST. His reaction to his momma in her wedding gown was priceless! It gave me all the feels!

Rachel and Anthony’s first look took place outside the beautiful barn. The wedding party and family photos followed immediately after. We wanted to make sure we had plenty of time to take their couples portraits afterwards in the beautiful golden sunlight – and we did! Sunlight goes fast in these late fall months, but we didn’t let that stop us from capturing beautiful moments from this dreamy day.

As the wedding ceremony began, Anthony teared up a second time seeing Rachel walk down the aisle. It was so heartwarming to see his reaction to his bride and the joy written on both their faces. Once they were officially Mr. and Mrs. the party started and everyone geared up to celebrate the newlyweds! Their reception was so fun. They included a temporary tattoo station, which I thought was such a cool, unique idea.

The menu included delicious burgers and pizza to pay tribute to the early stages of their relationship during the pandemic. At one point early on, Anthony had COVID and Rachel had a pizza delivered to him, and when they got together later to enjoy each other’s company from six feet apart, Anthony showed up with Five Guys. I loved how they incorporated these details into their day and made it truly memorable.
