Shana and Michael’s Cruiseport Gloucester wedding in Massachusetts was beautiful from start to finish. While rain moved their ceremony indoors, the skies cleared just in time for golden hour! As we stepped outside, a breathtaking double rainbow appeared, making the moment unforgettable, just like their day!

Beauport Hotel | Gloucester, Massachusetts
We started the day at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester Massachusetts, where both parties prepared for the celebration. Shana and her bridesmaids wore matching pajamas and slippers, laughing together as the morning began. Down the hall, Michael and his groomsmen enjoyed their own getting ready time. The bridesmaids sported custom newspapers featuring Shana and Michael, which was the cutest touch. Soon after, Shana’s mom and soon-to-be mother-in-law helped her into her dress. Next came a first look with her bridesmaids, who couldn’t hide their excitement. Moments later, we made our way to the beach where Shana and Michael shared their true first look. They exchanged personal vows and soaked in the moment together with the ocean as their back drop. We captured portraits of the two, then welcomed the wedding party to join in. Finally, everyone hopped on the trolley together, heading toward Cruiseport for the ceremony and the rest of the celebration!

Cruiseport Gloucester
Once we arrived at Cruiseport, we gathered Shana, Michael, and their wedding party for photos by the bar. Everyone brought great energy, and the shots turned out so fun! Next, we captured family portraits before guests began to arrive. John Cena Sr. officiated the ceremony, adding a memorable touch to the day. Michael waited at the end of the aisle as Shana, escorted by her father, made her entrance. His face lit up the moment he saw her. After exchanging traditional vows, they were pronounced husband and wife. Their first kiss as newlyweds brought cheers throughout the room. Walking back up the aisle, they shared a show-stopping dip to seal the moment. Guests then made their way downstairs to enjoy cocktail hour before the evening reception began.

Cruiseport Gloucester Reception
After a lively cocktail hour, guests returned upstairs to a beautifully transformed reception space. Once everyone settled, entrances kicked off with excitement. The room erupted as Shana and Michael arrived holding a stool and a shot-ski. Together, they took a celebratory shot-ski, setting the perfect party tone. Next, they shared their first dance, spinning and dipping across the floor. Once seated, the toasts began. Maid of honor Micaelagh started, followed by co–maid of honor Ashley. Best men Chad and Joe added heartfelt words, and Frank, the father of the bride, closed with his toast. Dinner followed as laughter and conversation filled the room. We slipped outside with the couple for sunset portraits that turned into rainbow portraits. The timing could not have been better. Back inside, Shana and Michael cut their cake and shared parent dances. Soon after, the dance floor opened, and the celebration continued late into the night.
