Holly and Michael’s Garden Gate at Haley Farm wedding was truly beautiful! The day was filled with butter yellow accents, a first look, and tons of love. They exchanged vows in a outdoor ceremony under perfect skies engulfed by trees. Surrounded by family and friends, the celebration only grew more joyful as the day went on!

Maine Summer Wedding

When we arrived at Haley Farm, Holly and her bridesmaids were glowing with excitement in the bridal suite. They laughed together while finishing hair and makeup in their matching pajamas. Holly’s yellow floral set perfectly matched the summer vibe of the day! Meanwhile, Michael and his groomsmen prepared downstairs in the farmhouse with their sweet pup, Sumner. She played an important role in the day’s celebrations. Michael sported a watch and sunglasses gifted by Holly. In return, Holly wore earrings from Michael, along with family heirlooms. Her jewelry included her mom’s necklace, her grandmother’s bracelet, her great-grandmother’s ring, and Michael’s aunt’s claddagh ring. The bride shared a sweet first look with her dad, bringing tears to eyes before seeing Michael. Soon, both were ready for their highly anticipated first look. In a special moment, Holly and Michael shared a quiet moment together by the barn. Afterward, they jumped into portraits with their wedding party and family before the ceremony began!

Garden Gate at Haley Farm Ceremony

Guests made their way down the wooded path to the ceremony site, surrounded by trees and fresh air. The arbor stood beautifully decorated with flowing drapery and yellow florals. First, Michael walked proudly down the path, followed by his groomsmen and the bridesmaids. Their dog Sumner even joined the processional, earning plenty of smiles. Then, the big moment arrived as Holly appeared, escorted by her father. Michael waited at the aisle’s end, eyes full of pride and joy. Together, the couple exchanged traditional vows surrounded by their favorite people. Soon after, they were pronounced husband and wife. Cheers filled the woods as Holly and Michael walked hand in hand up the aisle. Before leaving, they paused for a show-stopping dip kiss! Following the ceremony, guests transitioned into cocktail hour, ready to enjoy food and good company.

After a lively cocktail hour, guests entered the rustic barn for the evening reception. Once seated, introductions kicked off the party. The bridesmaids danced their way inside, while the groomsmen followed, leapfrogging their way into the barn with laughter. Then, Holly and Michael made their grand entrance, greeted by cheers and applause. They shared a sweet first dance, complete with playful dips that wowed the crowd. Next came the toasts. First up was Holly’s dad, who shared sweet words to his daughter and now son in law. Then came Holly’s sister Erin, who had the room laughing at her stories. Finally came Michael’s best man and brother, Dan. His speech was mixed with humor and love. Dinner followed, and guests enjoyed food while celebrating together. Afterward, we slipped outside with the couple for dreamy golden hour portraits around the farm. Back inside, Holly and Michael cut their cake before starting parent dances. Holly shared a moment with her dad, then Michael danced with his mom. The last dance was Holly and her mom which had the whole room watching! Soon after, everyone gathered for a fun group photo on the dance floor. Glow sticks illuminated the barn as the dance floor opened, and the party was on!
