Two weeks ago, Jess and Liam had a backyard summer wedding in Hollis, NH. The global pandemic could not bring these two down, they were just too excited to finally tie the knot! They started dating when they were only 16, and after eight years of being together, nothing was going to stop them from saying their vows to one another.
Jess and Liam’s ceremony was stunning, from the beautiful floral arbor they got married under, to their closest friends and family gathered around to witness it all. Right after they sealed their marriage with a kiss, we captured some family portraits, and photos of the bridal party. Jess’s uncle lent them his antique car to use as decor, and it made the perfect backdrop for photos! After we finished, I whisked away Jess and Liam for some sweet bride and groom portraits. They had a giant field right next to their house which was bathed in beautiful golden light. It was a dream!
Their reception was under a tent in their backyard and catered by Vesta Mobile Wood Fired Pizza. They set up some lawn games as well, which were a huge hit! Everyone had a great, socially-distant time, and I’m so blessed to have been a part of it.
Jess and Liam, congratulations again on your marriage and thank you for trusting me to capture it all! You two are the sweetest, and you belong on a magazine cover!
Here are some of my favorite images from this gorgeous backyard summer wedding…
