Cozy Fall Wedding

When it comes to gorgeous New Hampshire wedding venues, Owl’s Nest Resort in Thornton, NH is at the top of the list. The LakeHouse venue is simply stunning, which is where Catherine and Zac celebrated their cozy fall wedding day! As the couple readied themselves, I captured their details (which were so beautiful). I loved the dusty blue and white color combination, with a bit of sage green mixed in. So elegant and timeless!

After getting ready, Catherine and Zac shared one of the sweetest first looks I’ve ever witnessed. Zac’s reaction to his beautiful bride was so pure and heartfelt! Then they shared private vows on the golf course with the mountain views behind them. We made sure to grab some wedding portraits of them too before meeting up with their wedding party!

Lakeside Wedding Ceremony

For their wedding party photos, their ADORABLE German Shepherd, Finn, (love the name!) joined in on the fun, and of course stole the show! You could tell how excited he was to be surrounded by so much love! He was the sweetest! It was then time for their outdoor wedding ceremony, which took place on the back deck of the LakeHouse overlooking the water. Guests wrapped themselves in blankets to watch their ceremony. Once Catherine and Zac were official, they mingled at their cocktail hour for a bit before I stole them away for their romantic sunset portraits!

Inside the venue, gorgeous flowers decorated the tables and the stone fireplace, creating a warm but elegant setting. The newlyweds shared their first dance together before the wedding toasts, both of which brought tears to many eyes and smiles to many faces. It was really so sweet to capture! Their night ended with dancing and fresh apple cider donuts – the perfect fall dessert – from a food truck outside. The mouthwatering smell wafted into the reception hall, making this a true cozy fall wedding!
