New England is home to many gorgeous wedding venues and The Bellevue Barn at Carlisle Place in Jefferson, NH is at the top of that list! This “elegantly rustic” venue features stunning and dramatic landscapes and views as it sits in between the impressive White Mountains. The location, atmosphere, and aesthetic of this lovely venue make it a dream wedding destination! Leah and Logan’s Bellevue Barn fall wedding was a dream! The light, romantic hues of their color palette highlighted the natural scenery and complemented the rustic barn beautifully. The beautiful bride, Leah spent the morning getting ready with her bridesmaids at the luxurious on site spa, Carlisle Place Spa.
Bellevue Barn Fall Wedding
Leah wanted to incorporate the time-honored tradition of wearing something new, old, and blue on her wedding day. Her elegant, pearl earrings were a gift from Logan and served as her something new and something blue. The something old was a pinky ring from her grandmother.
Both Leah and Logan also wore cowboy boots to honor Leah’s Texas roots. Logan’s were traditional cowboy boots, while Leah’s were classic, wedding white! Leah’s stunning wedding dress, that featured intricate beaded detail, was from a bridal shop in Texas, Sposa Mia. Once everyone was wedding ready, we grabbed a few shots of Leah and her bridesmaids together and then Logan with his groomsmen before their gorgeous outdoor ceremony.
Wedding Ceremony
Leah and Logan decided not to do a first look together, but they did both have a separate first look with their sweet pup, Winston!
He was the CUTEST! Winston loved being a part of the wedding and is clearly smitten with his parents. When it was his turn to go down the aisle, he SPRINTED towards Leah and Logan. Once he reached them, he collapsed belly up on Leah’s dress! Winston’s pure joy and uncontrollable excitement made everyone laugh. Winston stuck around after the ceremony for a few wedding portraits as well!
Wedding Reception
After the newlywed’s dreamy wedding portraits around the scenic landscape of Bellevue Barn, the couple headed to their reception in the beautiful barn on the property. Sage green and blush colors were intertwined throughout the event space. The gorgeous wedding flowers from the bouquets, made by Gorham House of Florist, were also featured on the center of each table, tying the look together. The talented New Hampshire florist is a family friend whose sons grew up with Logan playing sports.
During dinner hour, after the couple had shared their first dance together, I stole them away for a few sunset portraits. That sunset did not disappoint! As the couple held hands and walked in the fields of grass, a colorful, pink and orange swirled sunset painted the skyline meeting the mountain tops in the distance. It was breathtaking! After taking full advantage of the sun’s epic show, we headed back to the barn to celebrate the newlyweds! To end the night, wedding guests lit sparklers for Leah and Logan’s exit! It was the perfect ending to a magical wedding!
Leah and Logan, your wedding day was positively stunning! It was so full of love and joy and it was evident to each guest in attendance, even the furry ones, that you two are meant to be together! I loved getting to know you both! Thank you for the honor of capturing your gorgeous wedding day!
