Recently I have been working with a lot of ballet and modern dancers! There is something in the air lately that has made everyone want to book a dance session, and I’m not upset about it one bit! If you’ve been following along for a while, you know that I used to dance. Because of this, dance sessions have a very special place in my heart.
In the past few weeks, I have worked with a lot of incredible dancers. They have all been trained in modern and ballet, and are nothing short of talented! When I was a dancer, I focused more on hip hop, so I am always amazed when a dancer can strap on a pair of pointe shoes and kick their leg up past their head. It’s insane how flexible some of them are! I never had flexible legs or a flexible back, so I was definitely impressed. I used the phrase “holy cow!” more times than I can count!
