Callan and Robert tied the knot with a 4th of July wedding at the Stonebridge Country Club in Goffstown, NH! While the forecast was predicting rain and thunderstorms for the entire week leading up to their big day, their weather ended up being perfect with blue skies and a warm breeze. Everything was coming together perfectly for the world’s sweetest couple, and you could feel the anticipation in their air of the bridal suite. The girls toasted mimosas in their matching robes, and Callan was SO excited when it was finally time to put on her gown and see her groom at their first look. Despite seeing each other before the ceremony, both Callan and Robert (along with LITERALLY everyone else) cried throughout the ceremony. Heck, I even cried a few times!
Their reception consisted of LOTS of dancing, toasts from their family and bridal party members, tilt-your-head-back laughter, and even more tears. Callan and Robert, thank you SO much for welcoming me into your beautiful family, and for trusting me to capture such an important day. I seriously feel blessed to have been a part of your special day. And Callan, as you said in your initial inquiry with me, you have truly found your “happily ever after”. Cheers to forever!
Without further ado, here are some of my favorite images from this beautiful 4th of July wedding at the Stonebridge Country Club…
I loved how the bridal party’s dresses were different shades of blue!
Callan’s first “first look” of the day was with her bridesmaids – how sweet!
Robert spent the morning with his own private golf cart – so fun!
Then it was time for Callan’s first look with Robert!
I love how you can see their reflection in the water!
The last “first look” of the day was with her dad!
Robert strutted down the aisle to “Hot for Teacher” by Van Halen – how fitting since Callan is a math teacher!
Even though Callan and Robert shared a first look, he STILL cried when she came down the aisle. Just proof that first looks only make the day better!
After family formals, we took the golf carts out to this scenic overlook. The prettiest spot on the course!
Not pictured is Callan smashing cake all over Robert’s beard!
Of course we HAD to sneak outside for some glowy bridal portraits – look at how beautiful Callan is!
And, of course, one GIANT group photo (organized with the help of the amazing Jess Riley!) before the rain rolled in!
