I’ve absolutely loved working with so many incredible seniors from all over Southern New Hampshire this autumn. Each one of them brings their own unique energy, style, and personality to their session, and I feel so thankful to have had the opportunity to meet and work with them during such a special time in their lives. Senior year is such a milestone, and being able to capture these moments is truly an honor for me. Seeing each senior’s excitement and confidence shine through in their photos is one of my favorite parts of this job. I’m beyond grateful to play a small part in celebrating their journey as they prepare to take on their next chapter in life.

Southern New Hampshire Autumn Senior Sessions
We’ve also been lucky to have some truly perfect autumn weather, which—along with the stunning foliage—has created such a dreamy backdrop for their portraits. There’s something so magical about this time of year in New England, and I’m thrilled we’ve been able to take full advantage of the changing leaves and crisp, golden light for their sessions.

While I typically spend a lot of time at the beach for summer senior sessions (and I still managed to sneak a few beach shoots in these past weeks!), the shift to fall has brought us to more woodsy locations. Open fields with vibrant, changing trees have provided such beautiful settings, and we’ve even explored a few new and creative spots!

One of the most unique and memorable sessions this season was at the Nashua airport, where one of my seniors—who is a pilot—brought her plane along for the shoot! So cool!! I also had a blast photographing a musically talented senior at the Palace Theater in Manchester. And of course, I can’t forget the senior who brought her horse to the session, which was so fun! I’ve had plenty of dogs join in on senior sessions, but a horse is a real treat!

While peak foliage is here, I still have a few more senior sessions on the books before I wrap up for the year. For now, enjoy this glimpse at some of the magic we’ve created so far this fall!
