The day began in the charming cabin at The Barn on the Pemi, where Kayli and her bridesmaids got ready in matching terracotta robes, setting the tone for the beautiful day ahead. Meanwhile, Steve and his groomsmen prepared for the celebration in another part of the venue.

Before their ceremony, Kayli and Steve exchanged thoughtful gifts and read the vows they each wrote for each other privately. They also gave meaningful gifts to their parents, which was incredibly sweet and thoughtful.

Their adorable yellow lab, Bentley, was also part of the celebration, and he was undoubtedly one of the happiest pups I’ve ever seen at a wedding! From greeting guests to walking around with the biggest doggy grin, I’m pretty sure Bentley thought the entire day was dedicated to him! I loved that he was a part of the day, and I know how much it meant to Kayli and Steve that he was there.

The outdoor ceremony was gorgeous and featured amazing florals that tied everything together. The tribute Kayli made to her father, who had passed was one of the most touching details of the day. A special chair was reserved for him at the ceremony, adorned with a t-shirt blanket that held sentimental value. It was a unique and heartwarming way to honor him on such an important day.

After officially becoming Mr. and Mrs., the newlyweds and I snuck away to capture a few wedding photos around the property. The greenhouse at Barn on the Pemi always provides a beautiful backdrop for portraits. There were still plenty of flowers surrounding the property too, adding to the already stunning natural beauty of the venue.

During the reception, Kayli shared a heartwarming dance with her mom during the parent dances, which brought a few happy tears to everyone’s eyes. The rest of the evening was filled with joy and celebration, from their emotional first dance to the heartfelt toasts from loved ones.
